First things first. In order to review the 24 Day Challenge – you have to complete the 24 Day Challenge. I just completed my 24 Day Challenge during October 2016. My results are in the before and after picture below:

Now, for my official review and video review of the 24 Day Challenge.
Watch our 24 Day Challenge Review and Results video here:
The Goal:
I want to start out by saying what my goal was. I was feeling sluggish and not pleased with what I was seeing in the mirror. I was tired of the constant weight fluctuation and battling with my pants not fitting! For me, the main thing was trimming down my waist and feeling better about myself. I went into this 24 Day Challenge with a lot of determination. I thought “how hard can doing something for 24 days be?”.
I also did a short blog on this site and video each day of the 24 day challenge to talk about how I did for that day.
Diet:
Success factors: Take the diet serious. You will have greater results the more you prepare your meals ahead of time. Stay away from simple carbs, stay away from fatty foods, stay away from candy and processed foods, and stay away from pop/coke! — oops…. I said it!
Things to look out for: It’s too easy to do fast food. Fast food is so processed – stay away! It’s easy to cheat…. Just remember this is only 24 days! The best results will come from your will power.
Exercise:
Success factors: You don’t have to exercise at the gym, but you need to get moving! Get a Fitbit or something similar, and challenge yourself! Buy a home workout program and get up 30 minutes earlier to work out in your living room. Whatever moving more means to you – do that!
Things to look out for: Don’t over do it. If your not doing any exercises today, go slow. Don’t hit the gym for 90 minutes on day 1… You won’t be able to walk the next day! Track your exercise. It is easy to say you don’t have time – but you need to make time. Plan it.
Supplementation:
Success factors: Read phase 1 and phase 2 prior to the day you are starting. Even though AdvoCare made this challenge simple, there are a lot of supplements. It is critical to not miss the timing. The supplements are designed to curb your cravings and support your energy at certain times. Read it – understand it – follow it.
Things to look out for: Don’t get overwhelmed. It seems like it will be difficult the first day of each phase, but it isn’t. It is easy to follow in the guide. You just have to take a minute to look at it.
Know your level of commitment to set yourself up for success. This challenge will reward you as much as you put into it. If your commitment level is only a 6 out of 10… Don’t expect the best results.
The 24 Day Challenge:
What the challenge is: The 24 Day Challenge is a two phase supplement and nutrition plan to help you reach your weight loss and energy/wellness goals.
What the challenge is not: The 24 Day Challenge is not a magic pill that will suddenly give you a six pack.
The Future:
How I feel like the challenge will impact my fitness and nutrition going forward? It is really interesting how the 24 days has made me rethink my typical diet. I wasn’t a horrible eater – but it is amazing what just 24 Days can do. I will certainly continue with some of the products… Like I will replace my monster/red bull drinks with spark for example. While I wasn’t doing bad, this 24 day challenge made me realize I CAN do better!
So here are my official 24 Day Challenge Results:
Starting Weight: 202 lbs
Ending Weight: 193 lbs
Starting Waist Measurement: 34 Inches
Ending Waist Measurement: 32 Inches
I hope this review helps you make the decision on how you will reach you fitness and nutrition goals!
