I like to circle back to the basics when it comes to getting in shape. It is amazing how much you can improve your fitness with nutrition alone. When I see the pictures of six pack, I know the dedication the nutrition that person has.
Eating processed foods and drinking soda/pop can hold you back so much! Eat fresh foods – it tastes so much better! Try Greek yogurt instead of a yogurt with a bunch of sugar. Try oatmeal with fresh fruit for breakfast instead of cereal. Try grilling instead of frying. Skip dessert … Except sometimes. These basic rules will impact your fitness without even stepping into the gym.
Take it to the next level and go for a walk each night or morning. If your already getting in exercise, hit the gym harder! Fitness is basically calories in vs calories burned. There are a ton of things we can do to make this more complicated, but let’s start here!
