Lets review AdvoCare Spark. Take a look at the video review of Spark below. I have been drinking monster drinks or red bull for a long time. I have had the kind with lots of sugar and the kinds that are sugar free. Either way, these are bad for you. That may be another blog post all by it self! I say this, because I am looking for a better alternative that is sugar free, but without all the other junk added to replace the sugar. That is why I am trying out AdvoCare Spark.
The first major difference is that Spark is a mix, not a can. At first I was thinking this would be a pain, but it turns out to be a positive. I can pack the individual packets easily, so if I am traveling or just at the office for the day, it is simple to dump it in a water bottle or shaker and instantly have a drink.
I have to say, the first difference after drinking spark compared to a monster drink is I don’t get those jitters. I think I kind of liked that in a weird way – but I know how bad it is for me – Ha.
I had Spark with ice in a shaker, and it was very refreshing. It mixed well, and I have noticed the ability to focus has improved. All in all, my initial review of AdvoCare Spark is that it has served its purpose. A refreshing drink with a little energy and some focus.
