Can you WILL yourself into shape?

This is one of the topics I am very passionate about. Having the self discipline and will power it takes to reach your goals. To eat the right foods – or avoid the constant temptations. To have the will power to push out those 5 extra reps. To stay at the gym for the extra sets – or to make sure the 90 day workout you said you would do in your living room gets done!
You do not reach your fitness goals by accident. You have to have the WILL POWER to skip the fast food. Take the time to plan your meals! Don’t stay up binge watching Dexter an miss your morning workout!
It doesn’t mean you have no life. It means your making a lifestyle decision to be healthy and feel great! Use your cheat days. Make realistic goals. Get excited about looking and feeling the way you want for YOU!
