Day 6 of the 24 Day Challenge for me was all about planning. This is because I was traveling all day! Since I am traveling for the next week, it was critical to break down the 24 Day Challenge and pack everything I needed. In addition, I brought some AdvoBars just in case I was in a situation where I could not get a real meal. Turns out, the planning worked and I was able to keep on the diet and didn’t miss anything. I’ll continue this week to write about my challenges with staying on a diet while traveling.
