Day 21 of the 24 Day Challenge. Nothing special about today. I had the Meal Replacement Shake for breakfast, 1 serving of oatmeal for a morning snack, tuna/egg w/whole grain wrap for lunch, fat-free greek yogurt for afternoon snack, and steak w/veggies for dinner. I got in a good workout at the gym late morning. I am still feeling great. I have good strength in the gym, even though I am loosing weight and on low calories.
