Day 20! Only 4 Days left of the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge. The message I want to give today is consistency. Sometimes you will have good days, and some days you will gain weight when you think you did awesome the day before. Don’t worry about the scale!! The key to success on any diet or fitness program is consistency — unless the plan is no good to start with. It is easy to get discouraged, but you have to remember that no matter how you look today (good or bad) – it took a long time to get there. So hang in there and keep pushing through those boring meals and your exercises – it will be worth it! See my Day 20 video below:
