Just started the 24 Day Challenge by AdvoCare today. The program is very easy to follow, and to make life easier, I would suggest doing some meal prep. For example, I cooked quite a bit of chicken, broccoli, and potatoes to put into containers that I can easily microwave during the week. One nice surprise was the 24 Day Challenge app that AdvoCare created. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I am able to log all my supplements and meals – and before I got to that point, I had to log my weight and measurments. Which is great to have a record to look back when I have completed the challenge!
